The Situation Before Our Intervention
Driibe is a travel-focused brand selling backpacks, bags, and clothing—but they weren’t reaching their full potential online. The biggest issue was around their flagship product, the Dakota Travel Backpack. Despite being their hero item with an innovative 4-in-1 convertible design, it was buried within the product catalog, lacking a dedicated landing page to explain its unique value. This left potential buyers unsure of its full capabilities and led to missed sales opportunities. On the technical side, their Google Search Console was riddled with issues—broken sitemap indexing, missing schema markup, and no rich results (like review stars) in search listings. On top of that, Google Analytics and Tag Manager weren’t set up correctly, which meant the client was flying blind when it came to tracking user behavior or campaign performance. Their Shopify theme was outdated, leading to poor mobile performance, slow load times, and design limitations. And while the brand was ready to grow internationally, there was no multilingual support, making it hard to connect with users outside their home market.
