Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how we process the personal data of people who visit this website (zenisbit.com) and contact us through the form on it. It is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data Controller

The Data Controller is Zenisbit (DataZen).
VAT IT12624680018
Toolbox Coworking, Via Agostino da Montefeltro 2, 10134 Turin, Italy
Contact email: zenisbit@gmail.com

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect only the data you provide directly: your company name, your work email address and the content of your message. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) as strictly necessary to deliver the website securely.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any tracking technology. No navigation data is collected, which is also why you see no cookie banner.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to your requests submitted through the contact form and scheduling the call you asked for — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

B2B commercial contacts (prospecting)

Beyond the data collected through the form, we may process the professional contact details of people working at companies potentially interested in our services, in order to propose a B2B collaboration. This section is provided pursuant to Article 14 GDPR, as such data is not collected directly from you.

  • Data processed: name, company role, company and publicly available professional email/contact details.
  • Source: publicly accessible sources such as public professional profiles, company websites, contact information published online and industry directories.
  • Purpose: commercial outreach to present our AI software and automation services and assess potential interest.
  • Legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest in promoting its business to relevant B2B contacts (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), balanced against your rights and freedoms.
  • Retention: up to 12 months from the last contact; if you object or are not interested, your data is removed and added to an exclusion list to prevent further contact.

You can object to this processing at any time, with no formality: reply "No" to the message you received or write to zenisbit@gmail.com, and we will immediately remove your data from our commercial contacts.

Third-party services and where data is processed

To operate this website we rely on providers acting as data processors:

  • Resend — delivery of the emails generated by the contact form.
  • Vercel — website hosting.

Some of these providers are based in the United States: in that case, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Retention

Data submitted through the form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship arising from it, and in any case no longer than required by legal obligations.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR by writing to zenisbit@gmail.com. In particular, you have the right to:

  • object to the processing of your data;
  • access your data;
  • request its rectification;
  • obtain the restriction of processing;
  • obtain the erasure of your personal data;
  • receive your data or have it transferred to another controller (portability);
  • lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, giving notice on this page. Please check it periodically, referring to the "last updated" date at the top.
